    Why we are different

Toronto is what we know best.

Toronto homes are their own thing. A 550 square foot condo with a recirculating range hood, a three-storey Victorian with cast-iron radiators, a lakefront unit with salt spray on the glass. Each needs a different approach, and knowing which is which only comes from doing it here, repeatedly.

Concentrating here keeps our arrival windows tight and means the cleaner at your door has worked in a building like yours before. They know which towers want paperwork on file, which ones will not release a fob, and that a Victorian in The Annex takes longer than its square footage suggests.

    How it works

Three steps, and none of them is “wait for a callback”

    01

    Price it yourself

Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, how often. The calculator does the rest. No email gate, no sales call before you get a number.

    02

Pick a time and tell us about the place

Access, pets, allergies, the room that is off limits, the product you want used on the stone counter. It goes on your file once and stays there.

    03

    We clean. You check it.

If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it free. No form, no argument.

    Straight answer

Hourly pricing punishes you for keeping a tidy home and rewards a slow cleaner. So we do not use it.

We quote flat, from your bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. That price is locked before the team arrives. If the job runs long, that is our problem, not your invoice.

    Where we clean

    Every corner of Toronto

Thirteen areas, each with its own quirks. Pick yours and we will tell you what we actually see in homes there.

    FAQ

    Questions people ask before booking

How much does house cleaning cost in Toronto?

Most Toronto condos land between $169 and $250 for a standard clean, and most houses between $250 and $400, depending on bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Deep cleans run about 1.5 times that, and move-out cleans about 1.65 times. Booking recurring visits takes 10–20% off every clean. The calculator on this page gives you the exact figure in about 30 seconds without asking for your email first.

Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. We quote flat, not hourly, and the price is locked before the team arrives. If a job takes longer than we estimated, that is our problem rather than your invoice. The only time you would hear from us about price is if the home is materially different from what was described at booking, and we call before starting rather than adding it to the bill afterwards.

Which areas of Toronto do you cover?

We cover Toronto, including downtown, Liberty Village, King West, Yorkville, The Annex, Leslieville, The Beaches, High Park and Roncesvalles, Yonge and Eglinton, North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke. Concentrating on the city keeps our travel time down and our scheduling reliable, and it means the cleaner arriving at your door has worked in buildings like yours before. If you are just outside and want to ask, call us and we will let you know.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, and most of our recurring customers are not. You can leave a key, a lockbox code, a fob and buzzer instructions, or arrange concierge access if you are in a condo. However you choose to handle access is recorded on your file, so you only explain it once.

How do I pay, and when?

You add a card when you book, but nothing is charged then. Before the clean we place a hold on that card for the price of the booking, and the hold clearing is what confirms your slot. That is normally 24 hours ahead, though if you book for the next day it happens shortly after you book, because there is no 24 hours to wait. A hold is not a payment: the money is reserved rather than taken, though it usually shows as pending in your banking app until it settles, and on a debit card it holds real funds for a few days. The hold becomes the actual charge after the clean is done and you have had a chance to look around, with a receipt emailed to you, and never for more than you were quoted. On recurring plans you are held and billed per visit rather than upfront for a block, so there is nothing to claw back if you pause or stop. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Usually, yes. Our cleaners carry products, cloths, mops and a vacuum, and there is never a charge for it. Some homes are reached by transit rather than by van, so occasionally we will ask you to leave out a vacuum or basic products instead. We agree that with you when we confirm the booking, never on the day. If you would rather we used your own products anyway, because of an allergy, a stone counter or a preference for fragrance-free, leave them out and note it in your booking. Cloths are colour-coded either way, so the cloth that touched a toilet never touches a kitchen counter.

What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. A deep clean resets one that is not, adding baseboards, door frames, inside the microwave, behind appliances, hard-water and soap-scum removal, cabinet degreasing, vents and window tracks. If you have not had a professional cleaner in the last three months, start with a deep clean and let standard cleans hold the line afterwards.

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

We keep the same person on your home wherever the schedule allows, because someone who already knows your place does a better job. We will not promise it though: illness, holidays and rotas are real. What we do guarantee is that your notes travel with the booking, so whoever comes knows your access, your preferences and anything off limits, and works the same published checklist.
